What forms of payment are accepted?
Maxwell's Pumpkin Farm has gone CASHLESS! We now accept Maxwell Money, Debit, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard.If you do happen to show up at the farm with cash and no credit or debit cards, you may use that cash at the ticket booth to purchase Maxwell Money Cards that can be used anywhere on the Farm.This CASHLESS model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectvely. It's a safer, faster, more efficient way to provide the best customer experience possible!See our Cashless FAQs section below to learn more about our CASHLESS model.

What is included with admission?
Tons and tons of fun!! Christmas admission includes over 20 attractions including the Obstacle Course, Low Ropes Course, Hayrides, Gigantic Jumping Pillows, Hay Pyramid, Giant Jump Pad, Bunnyville and the Goat Corral, Mountain Slides, Corn Box, Pumpkin Jump Pad, and more!*All guests ages 3 and over will need to purchase a Farm Pass for entrance into the farm.
Can I bring my pet?
No. We love pets, but for the safety of our guests and farm animals, we only allow service animals that are specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Can we leave and come back?
Yes, you may leave and come back as many times as you like in the same evening. Just be sure and keep your wristband for re-entry.
How long should we allow for a visit and what should we bring with us?
Depending on how much time you spend at each activity, you could easily spend 2-3 hours to all evening. We suggest you bring comfortable walking shoes, camera, and clothing appropriate for the weather. Feel free to bring your own wagon or stroller for the kids. Remember, you’re at the farm. If it’s rained recently, it could be muddy. We do NOT recommend sandals or flip flops. Also, please remember that there is no outside food allowed, but don't worry! We have tons of yummy options available!

Can I drop my children off at the farm and pick them up later?
For your safety, anyone under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there food to eat at the farm?
Yes! Hand-battered corn dogs, funnel cakes, twisted taters, chicken and fries, kettle corn, and more! Check out our Farm Food menu for all the yummy details!
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed on the farm. We offer many yummy options on site!*Exceptions available with Shindig Shack and Campfire rentals
What is the policy on alcoholic beverages and smoking at the Farm?
There is no smoking or outside alcoholic beverages allowed at the Farm during regular operating hours.
CASHLESS FAQ'S
Why did Maxwell's decide to go cashless?
There were several factors that went into the decision to transition to card and mobile payment only transactions:
1) Eliminating the need to make change allows for quicker transaction times and lower wait times, making the guest experience even better!
2) The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, giving our team members the opportunity to focus more on you, our guest.
3) Keeping guests and team members safe is number one priority for us on the farm. Cashless models have proven to be a safer model to implement across the retail and hospitality industries.
Is the entire Farm cashless during the Fall and Christmas Seasons?
Yes, the entire farm is cashless during our Fall and Christmas Seasons. If you come with cash and not with credit, debit, or mobile, you will have the option to purchase a Maxwell's Money Card. You can purchase your Maxwell's Money Card at the Ticket Booth, North Market, and in the Mercantile. The cards are reloadable at those locations as well.
If I come to the Farm during the Season with cash, can I still make purchases?
Yes. If you come with cash and not with credit, debit, or mobile, you will have the option to purchase a Maxwell's Money Card. You can purchase your Maxwell's Money Card at the Ticket Booth, North Market, and in the Mercantile. The cards are reloadable at those locations as well.
Can I get a refund for my Maxwell's Money Card if I don't use all the money?
No. We will not issue refunds for unused funds on your Maxwell's Money Card, but your card will never expire, so you can use it during other visits to the Farm. You may scan the QR code on the back of your card to determine your balance.

Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
Yes, although there are grassy areas, woodchip and gravel paths, and slopes that can be difficult to for wheelchairs or strollers, especially with muddy conditions. Handicap parking is available next to the ticket booth.
