FRIENDS AND FAMILY FALL PHOTOS (non-paid photographers)

Farm guests who have purchased a daily wristband or season pass are welcome to take photos during the hours Maxwell’s is open to the public during the Fall Season using a cell phone or camera. We request that you:

• Avoid any of the areas marked No Access, Do Not Enter, or areas with farm equipment.

• Be careful not to disturb flowers, vegetation, crops, displays, etc.

• Honor our rule of no pets allowed.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

We welcome those who wish to use Maxwell’s Pumpkin Farm as a backdrop/setting for Fall portrait photography. Portrait photography is defined as, but not limited to: senior, engagement, family, graduation, wedding, etc.

 

We require a professional photography policy signed by the photographer prior to any photo shoot at Maxwell’s Pumpkin Farm. It is the responsibility of the photographer to ensure clients comply with the policy. Limited weekday evening professional photography sessions are available for our sunflower field.
